Flying from the Avianca Airlines JFK Terminal was a delightful experience. The cleanliness and organization of Terminal 4 were superb. In addition to power outlets for charging devices, which is always a plus, there was ample seating in the waiting rooms. When I noticed that employees regularly cleaned high-touch surfaces, I felt safe and cared for. The restrooms were incredibly clean. The environment encouraged productivity and calm, which affected the rest of my journey. Without a doubt, JFK Terminal 4 and Avianca work well together to provide guests with a positive first impression.
