Size Information

Footwear

Use your regular shoe size. A men's size equals a women's size + 2 (example: a men's 9 is a women's 11).

Pants

Waist and inseam in inches. Not sure? Just send us your measurements and we'll match you to the right size.

Belts

Waist measurement in inches; each size adjusts about 2″ smaller to larger. Measured buckle to middle hole.

Men's shirts

Neck size: S 14–14½″, M 15–15½″, L 16–16½″, XL 17–17½″

Men's jackets

Chest size: S 36–38″, M 40–42″, L 44–46″, XL 46–48″

Women's shirts

S 30–32″ (8–10), M 34–36″ (12–14), L 38–40″ (16–20)

Hats & caps

S 6⅝–6⅞″, M 7–7⅛″, L 7¼–7⅜″, XL 7½–7¾″. OK to send your head measurement.

We've been on Elkhorn Avenue in Estes Park, Colorado, in the same location, since 1914 — over a century, with just two owners. Current ownership since 1947.

Most orders ship within one to two business days. We'll let you know about any delays, and backorders ship as soon as possible. Please allow 48 hours for processing before checking on your order — we promise it's on the way!

Credit cards

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Diner's Club, American Express & JCB. We don't charge your card until the day we ship your order.

Shipping to a different address than your billing address? If paying with American Express, that ship-to address needs to be registered with American Express first — call the number on the back of your card to register it.

Return policy

Just send items back to us unworn, unused, unwashed, and with tags attached, along with a note letting us know whether you'd like an exchange or a refund.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
On exchanges, we cover the shipping back to you.
On refunds, you're responsible for return shipping.

Colorado residents

Add 2.9% sales tax.

All orders

$12.00 flat handling charge, up to six items.

Partial shipping

If part of your order is backordered, we'll ship what's in stock right away — you're only charged shipping once, on the first shipment.

International air mail

Add 35% of your merchandise total, plus the $12.00 handling fee, for up to six items. Please allow about 10 days for delivery.

Gift wrap

$6.00 — let us know male or female, and the occasion, in your order notes.

Gift certificates

Let us know the recipient's name and address, and the dollar amount.

Authorized Levi's® store

Accumulation of Levi's® product for resale is prohibited, and international shipping of Levi's® products outside the U.S. is not permitted.

Order status

Please allow 48 hours for us to process and ship your order. As soon as it ships, you'll get a confirmation email with tracking, provided you gave us a valid email address at checkout.
