Retail Sales Manager We are looking for a "people person" with confidence in his/her skills to train and supervise salespeople, resolve typical retail issues on a day-to-day basis, and mediate customer relations. The manager will be responsible for demonstrating and delegating  general housekeeping chores to ensure the store always looks clean and inviting to customers. The objective for a person in this position is to consistently maintain a quality,  customer-friendly store atmosphere, create visually pleasing displays, develop enticing  product selections, with the ultimate purpose of enhancing increased sales.
