Sizing: During check out you may add your waist and inseam in the "Your comments/instructions" box. (bottom of page)
Measure your pant size. It is easier and more accurate to measure a pair of pants that fits you well, rather than measuring your body.
For the waist size, lay your pant flat on a hard surface, button the waist, measure across, from side to side, and multiply by two.
For the inseam size, straighten the inseam and measure from the crotch to the end of the leg.
